Please help! Dr won't. Pain in both sides for over a week!?
Had this aching/ cramping pain in my sides for the last week! It is always there it's better with pain relief but becomes really sore when they wear off! It's constantly there! At first I thought it was a kidney infection as it hurt to pee too but I've had a treatment of antibiotics and the painful peeing has gone but the pain in my sides haven't ! It's under both ribs spreading down towards my left hip and along my lower abdomen! What could it be! (I'm a female btw)

Your symptoms are most typical of urinary tract infection or UTI. Of course it could be something else like a pelvic issue since you're female, or urinary tract stones, or other issue.
After the antibiotics were completed, did your doctor take another blood test which showed there was no longer a UTI? UTIs are becoming resistant to antibiotics in many cases. It can take two or more rounds of different antibiotics to knock an infection out, but until you've tested clean, you can't be sure the infection has resolved.
I think you need to go back to the doctor. And if this doctor won't help, time to get it checked by another one if you can.
