Sex perpetrators tend to re offend. Why aren't the victims more protected?

Question

Like the Duggar kid. Why is he protected and the victims will serve a life time of emitional trauma?  Josh needs to do jail time and the southern states tend to turn their heads to such crimes/

Well I'm sure if you had it your way, you would have cameras set up in the bedrooms, you know to make sure people were acting appropriate by your standards. And Imagine a Republican President with that power.

its to easy to be a " sex Offender" nowadays. and it would be a violation of their rights to restrict their life completely. with regards to protection he was below the age of consent anyways. what i find funny is Lena Dunham  touched her sister i believe and nothing happens and Duggar comes along and he is burned at the stake
