Owner's manual for 2014 Mazda 5 says don't pull a trailer. Seems to have adequate power for light trailer. Is there a reason it's a bad idea?

    If the manual says it's not reccomended, then it's a good idea not to do it. BRAKES, & TRANSMISSION may not handle the stress of towing.....You might get away with a LITTLE TRAILER, once -in- a-while,,,..but someone always wants to do " just a little more ", then you got troubles.
