Are we supposed to forget that Bruce/Caitlyn Jenner caused someone to die in a car crash because he/she was texting whilst driving?

I've seen questions about Bruce/Caitlyn Jenner on here from several different people, each with answers from several different people. Obviously a lot of people care about this - I can't fathom why. To me this is just 2 points.

It's horrifying, but unfortunately celebrities have enough money and enough sway in our country that they can essentially get off scot free in most scenarios. I actually had not heard that she did this--killed someone in a car crash, I mean. I think it is interesting that we are focused on what was admittedly a courageous thing that she did in coming out as transgender, when she committed a crime...I have no sympathy for those who text and drive, and end up killing people. She should be charged. She probably won't be.

I really don't see Caitlyn Jenner as a hero. There are way more important things going on in the world. It seems like things like texting while driving is okay if a celebrity does it and everybody overlooks anything they do wrong.

I have no doubt he belongs in a strait jacket. I did not know about this accident. So is that one thing he is running from? I say it is a valid point. Or to broaden the issue what are the reasons why someone would get a sex change? Maybe it is all neurotic? And the public stands by an salutes to political correctness. I honestly didn't know Bruce cause an accident until I read this, and then I looked it up for myself. Then again, I don't pay celebrities much attention. Oh well, Bruce is a douche bag.

Bruce Jenner is an embarrassment!!! His Olympic status should be thrown in the garbage! What are the police going to do, sweep this under the carpet because he is famous like they do for most celebrities?
