What is the difference in Ernest and Young LLP and Ernest and Young GDN?

Update:

In India

Update 2:

My question pertains to EY organization in India. EY GDN stands for Global delivery network having EY GSS (Global shared services) and EY GTH (Global talent hub) as their two divisions.

My question is that in India is their one EY LLP and GDN as some division of it or EY GDN is a separate division in India.

LLP is Limited Liability Partnership where the company has partners rather than directors and each has agreed a maximum amount of liability in the event of the company going into liquidation.

GDN is Global Delivery Network where they have worldwide depots for delivery of goods in several countries.

LLP is a legal organizational method in the States which defines who owns the company and who is responsible for it. Although I haven't heard of GDN, my thought was that it was an organizational method of some other counry that they did business in. For example, GMBH is a German organizational form.

In the U.S., LLP stands for "Limited Liability Partnership". There is no legal abbreviation "GDN"
