Help!! My best friend is ignoring me what do I do?

Its been a month now, and she won't talk at all. In the past we've had arguments and so on but we'd talk it out, its not the first time she's doing it though. The first time I was an asshole and I said a few rude things to her coz I was angry and after that I apologized and we were cool.

(At just 15 my passions has been taken away from me I've been forced to do things I hate no1 cares and I have no friends) Now about a month ago I was trying to get hold of her and we didn't talk for 5 days, she told me she was busy and apologized for not giving me much attention. I told her if she cared she would of told me. Now I've said much worst things than that I didn't intend to hurt her, I've done everything to get her just to talk to me. about 4 weeks ago she told me I treat her like **** and I don't respect her. I really love her and I really care about her, I really didn't mean to hurt her and I've tried moving on but I can't I have absolutely nothing and she is the only person I'd talk to everyday. What do I do?
