Help me with my Back workout?
Can you guys help me or Fix my back Workout? So here s my Current back workout. Pull-ups,Bent over rows,Close grip lat Pulldown,Wide grip lat pulldown and Single arm lat pulldown. and that s it but i want to do some workout too like T-Bar rows and deadlift but i m afraid if i add them it will be considered as "Over training" can you guys fix my workout? or my workout for my back is fine? any help will be appreciated tia

I think you are already doing too unnecessarily much. Two exercises is enough to get great lats. One with your arms vertically (pull ups/chin ups/pull downs) and one with your arms perpendicularly-ish to your torso (t-bar rows, bent over rows). If you want you can switch them up but two of those is enough. You would benefit more from doing two every other day instead of whole bunch of exercises once a week when it comes to faster strength/muscle gains.
That's for your upper back tho - you lats. Deadlifts do not train your upper back very much so you should add them. Right now you have big amounts of upper back work and zero amounts of lower back work.
Compound exercises like squats, deadlifts, bench press, overhead press, pulls ups, etc should always be priority in your training program. They will give you the most muscle and strength gains. Once you got all of them covered you can add accessory work like one arm pull down.

for example:
1-barbell dead lifts
2-bent over barbell rows
3-one arm dumbbell rows
4-barbell pullovers
