Bodybuilding:Am i doing it all correct?
Been going to the Gym for like 5 months now well actually 9 But the early 4 months i've been doing it all wrong So Guys please correct me if i'm Doing it all wrong Ok so here i Train 6 days a week
Mon - Chest Triceps
Tues - Back Biceps
Wed - Shoulder Legs
Thur - Chest Triceps
Fri - Back biceps
Sat - Legs shoulder
Sunday - Rest
*Every exercise has atleast 1 - 2 warm up sets*

Am i doing it all right? or should i remove some other exercise because its too much? are the reps/sets fine? should i add or lower it a little bit? Should i replace some exercise?

Looks good to me. Are you an amatuer ? Not being rude , I'm just asking because doing a one muscle part once a week is considered muscle maintenance and doing it twice a week is muscle growth in the bodybuilding.
