Honestly, I never believed Wawrinka could pull it off. I watched the match and I can say without a doubt that Wawrinka won convincingly and comprehensively. He deserved it and Novak was unlucky to have not won. He can always do it next year. But this is certainly good for tennis. Nobody would have liked Djokovic to go on winning everything (not even some Nole fans). Tennis is no longer the same. Djokovic could probably win in the next few years and I would certainly want to see Rafa put up more of a fight next year. Hopefully, Rafa would pick up some form before the French, that would make next year's French Open really interesting. Novak is a legend and he deserved the standing ovation he got today.

I told everyone, I just dont see Djokovic getting over the metal hurtle to establish himself in the Career Grand Slam department.
