Watering plants on vacation; growing in hot weather?

I'm going on a trip for about two weeks, and I'm not sure what to do about watering my Brandywines and yellow pear tomato plants. Especially since I live in Texas, where it's in the 90s. Speaking of which-- will they set fruit, in such heat? The flowers on the Brandywine got a bit brown and closed up. Is this blossom drop? This is my first time growing anything, so I have to idea what to look for.

Thanks!

A lot of pet sitters will also water plants for you. I would see if any pet sitters or dog walkers in your area advertise plant care.
