Is this too much workout for my back?

Deadlift 4x8-10
Bent over row 5x5
Close grip lat pulldown 4x12
Wide grip lat pulldown 3x12
Single arm lat pulldown 3x12
T-Bar rows 3x12
Seated cable row 3x12
Am i doing too much? if i do what should i do? should i lower the reps/sets or should i remove some exercise?

Only you can really say what is good for you. If it's leaving any joint pain or if it's taking too long to heal, it's too much.
I personally would cut that into 2 sessions. I'd try looking for a way to do upper back in 1 session and lower in another.
Possibly 3 if you wanted to do mid back as separate.
I'd have bodyweight exercises included too.
That way you can devote more time to each area.
But as I say, everybody is different.
