Hi I have got flat cord ur beats and only one ear plug is making sound I can't cut the cord and fix it because I don't have the right products. Please help I am not aloud to get another pair because these are replacement ones! Help

This is EXACTLY what can happen when people waste their money on FASHION TOYS marketed very aggressively for gullible teenagers who do NOT know a single thing about REAL audio quality/durability!
Just ditch those and get yourself something more reputable such as Sennheiser, Shure, Grado, Denon, AKG, Bowers & Wilkins, Bang & Olufsen, Etymotic, Beyerdynamic or Audio-Technica. These companies have ALL been around for DECADES so they KNOW what PROPER audio quality is all about! Therefore, they do NOT need any lousy rappers nor other celebrity wannabes to boost their sales.
