Citizenship? Which language(s) are you fluent in at a high academic-technical level? Budget? Citizenship? Since you can ONLY practice medicine in your country of citizenship, you must pass your country's medical licensing exams & do your practical training (internship/residency) in your own country. Therefore, you must go to a medical school recognized by your country which will qualify you to sit your country's medical exams.

E.g. for Indians who earn mbbs in India, 40% fail India's medical exams. For Indians who earn mbbs abroad, the failure rate is nearly double that. You really need to study medicine in your country of citizenship so that have a chance to pass your country's exams!

'Abroad' is not a country - where did you have in mind?

Bear in mind language requirements and costs.
