I'm having a tough time with this one. It seems this may be a hyper-polite sentence to the effect of:

"Rockstar, might it ever be the case that you will do us the honor of gracing us with your presence?"--where "Rockstar" is the game development company, Rockstar Games.

I can only be 70-75% sure of this interpretation. I'll outline why in my breakdown:

ロックスター、--I'm going to assume this is the Japanese approximation of "Rockstar Games" the game development company. I'm going to further assume the writer is addressing "Rockstar" (or its representatives) directly, because of the comma immediately after the word.
