how do i stop watching netflix all the time?
I have so many things I want to do but when homework is done and I am free I just plop myself down even in the middle of the day and watch tv!! I wish I could go back to before I had Netflix on my phone because I never watched tv except at night then. I miss that and want to be like that again.
I even love to read but I need more ideas and when the time comes I'm always lazy and just go for the tv
How do I stop? I even waste SOOO much study time because I get home and just watch tv.

Set up a scheule as much as you may hate it. Say this is homework, this time is for netflix. You could try going the "electronic free" method for the freedom of not being attached to some electronic device.

to block netflix while you're trying to get work done.
