Can someone hack my computer if I gave them my pc specs?

PC Specs are GENERAL INFORMATION about your system & has VERY LITTLE use to hackers.

Hackers are more interested in stuff that they can exploit (like you running your system without any anti-virus software & outdated stuff), but as long as you keep things up-to-date & AVOID accessing questionable stuff (stuff that's not legal) as well as NOT falling for phishing scams... you should be OK.

I can tell you that I'm running an Alienware Alpha with the i7 configuration. For those who are interested will know what my system specs are, but won't know anything else... current drivers, software, network configuration (like routers / firewalls / ect) NOR ANY OTHER SYSTEM I have access to. Worst case scenario is that those who are dead set in trying to hack into me may have a starting point... but there still too many unknowns for them to be successful.

Hackers are more successful in exploiting users than hardware to into other's systems... so you have to be careful about what shows up in your e-mail than anything else.

Just Connect to the Internet, and receive emails with attachments, or visit some "naughty" sites for imges, or best yet, steal (torrent/warez/pirate) a popular movie or video game.
