Sam Billings. Good luck to the guy, but why pick him and then let Buttler keep wicket?

Update:

Match experience I can understand, but if he is going to understudy Buttler, why not let him keep wicket?

    To give him match experience. Butler cannot possibly play in every test, one day and 20/20 game
