what is the biggest street legal tire allowed on public and non-public roads?

I just would like to know, any help would be appreciated thx

    Doesn't matter. If it's STREET LEGAL then by its very definition, It would be allowed on public roads

    Assuming there IS a law on tire size, it varies by jurisdiction. You didn't specify what COUNTRY you are asking about.
