USPS no secure location available?

I sent out a package to a girl and when I tracked the package it was out for delivery. Then after a few hours I checked again and it said "Notice Left (No Secure Location Available). We attempted to deliver your item at 9:51 am on June 15, 2015 in BRUCETON MILLS, WV 26525 and a notice was left because no secure delivery location was available. You may arrange redelivery by visiting http://www.usps.com/redelivery or calling 800-ASK-USPS, or may pick up the item at the Post Office indicated on the notice. If this item is unclaimed after 15 days then it will be returned to the sender.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?! Will she ever receive her package I sent???!!!

It means exactly what it says. No one was home to receive the package. It could not be left at the door because there was no secure place to leave it (i.e., anyone could walk by, see it, and steal it). She can call to retry delivery, pick it up at the Post Office, or sign the slip to authorize the P.O. to leave it at her doorstep. If nothing is done, then in 15 days it will be returned to sender.

So none of these options will work? Did you actually read them?
