Has anyone tried using E6000 glue for silicone to plastic adhesion?

Update:

If so, does it hold well?

E6000 might work better than some other glues, but really nothing much sticks to silicone. I've never tried Gorilla Glue (and other brands) though.

Your best bet is to combine a strong glue with some kind of "mechanical hold"...in other words having the glue wrap all the way *around* parts, or doing that with holes, or using wire/etc or brads, clips, etc, to do the holding.
