Does anyone have any idea who this is?

I definitely have no idea. They do look to be of Korean, Japanese or other Asian decent though. I'd say look up on Google things like "K-Pop bands", "Japanese bands", etc. or maybe since the one guy is wearing a mask... try something like "Asian band similar to Hollywood Undead" (or Japanese, Korean, etc.), or "Asian band similar to KISS" (or Japanese, Korean, etc.). You MIGHT get a break with that type of search since KISS and Hollywood Undead both conceal their faces. You may not find them though since not everyone has a mask... it's worth a try though I guess.

Do you know what type of music they play? If you know the genre, you can maybe try searches for bands of their decent in that category. Hope you find them! Post the answer if you do because now I'm curious... haha
