Why does my MacBook Pro shut off unexpectedly?

It has charge. It normally shuts off 15 minutes after I turn it on. (But I can turn it back on then) The batteries condition says "replace soon".

P.s. It doesn't shut off at all if I have it plugged in.

It's a 13" MacBook Pro mid 2009

    your battery is too old and REALLY worn out. you need to get a new one or a new PC
