What happens if you put a too big tip on your receipt?

I bought something from a restaurant with my credit card. I got a receipt and it had what I owed before tip, a blank space to put the tip amount and then the total. It was so dark in there and the ink was very light. I am afraid that the waitress could mistake $3.00 for $300. How do I solve the problem if that happens?

I used to work as a server and things like that sometimes happen. Just check your bank after 1-3 days to see if the server did insert the correct tip. If not, you can just called the establishment and request to speak to a manager and explain the situation. They will solve the problem for you and refund you the difference back.
