Is it secure if I create my home wireless network with a hotspot software?

I turned my windows 7 into a hotspot with My WiFi Router. The speed is fast, also it show WPA2 encrypted. So is this network the same secure as the one I create with a real WiFi router?

    I have used this software for sometimes. The security is very strong. The only cons is that it's a little unstable sometimes. Hope my answer will be helpful.

    If it is providing WPA2, then providing nobody snoops around on the Windows 7 computer it should be as strong as a commercially supplied home router.
