Is it malicious to say "Religion is for retards?"?
I mean WTF is that, Right?
~~~ 'Beliefs' are insidious and imaginary and insanity, but they are not rationally chosen any more than leprosy is rationally chosen.
The susceptible get infected!
A 'belief infection' inhibits cognitive and intellectual function, leading to insanity.
The 'appearance' is often as 'retarded', but that is due to their infection and it's symptoms!
We don't call cancer patients 'retards'!
Or cancer is for 'retards'.
Intelligent people do not even use that word anymore!
Yes it maligns kids who actually have delayed developmental milestones, and you wish to pressurise them with the hogwash of religions. Unless you mean religion leads to retardation, in which case we will need to project how the individuals would have fared in the absence of religion. Conduct studies and then come to the conclusion.
Perhaps its easier to just find a new adjective.
Yes. I'm an athiest but don't say that stuff in public because it could offend a lot of people. Just accept that its what they believe, it doesn't mean you have to believe it too.
Sure, it's a pretty passive-aggressive statement.
