When I ask a question about TV (e.g. Game of Thrones), why is the question automatically categorised as "Books and Authors"?

    Because Game of Thrones is a series of books first.

    Because Game of Thrones is a book series, as are many TV shows. It's likely that's what flags it. That or you include keywords such as 'character' or 'plot'.

    I tried, but it changes back to "Books and Authors" automatically. Also this question here changed to that category too!!

    Because, as others have said, the series is based on the books.

    Go to your question, click Edit and choose the category 'Entertainment and Music'.
