I ve found that some of the best movies that seem to fit what you;re looking for are generally not English movies. However, if you can deal with reading English subtitles, two really good/depressing movies are Suicide Room and Spijt! (Regret!).

Hey spend some time with ur friends out in the park or playing some video games (together not online) and ull feel better. Think about the happiest you ever were pre-puberty and understand that teen-age is a bridge from that time towards an adult time where your brain is fully formed with equal happiness. Hang in there!
