Will it be ok to convert full Bluray 3D ISO to mkv movie format?

Hi,there!

i am trying to do a real simple thing. i have an ISO Image of a Full bluray 3D Title.

i want to make 1:1 copy

to Extract just the main Movie to an MKV file. - which will be 2D using DVDFab. i am choosing just the Bluray ripper movie mode to do so. Can I do it without any trouble? Will this be ok?

    Just do it with DVDFab.The 3D Ripper is really very nice to use.

    I know Blu-ray Master Blu-ray Ripper can convert Blu-ray Disc/Blu-ray folder/ISO to various video formats including MKV, MOV, AVI, MP4, FLV, WMV, as well as extract audio files from Blu-ray Movie and convert to MP3, WMA, FLAC, AC3 and so on.
