Texas is flooded,California is dry,why can't they load up some tanks full of water and send a train to California?

    California needs a few trillion gallons a day. There are not enough tanks and trains in the world to move that much water.

    Texas was bone dry a few years ago, now they are wet. The rain will eventually come to California, just be patient.
