I am trying to open up a PDF file but apparently I don't have a program to open it so I have to download it. I am using Windows 7, what would be a good program for that?

I would say Adobe Reader. It use to have a bad reputation as being bloated and completely screwing up a system, but since version 10 (the current version is 11), things have gotten a lot better. Give it a try. Link is below.
