I can still view part of my Yahoo Avatar here on Answers, but nowhere else.

I checked here https://messenger.yahoo.com/features/avatars/ and http://avatars.yahoo.com/ but neither let me create an avatar.

There is a glitch with avatars not appearing. There is nothing you can do.
