    Gotta agree those 3 will probably never get broken.Ryans 5714 Strikeouts is probably safe as well.Christy Mathewson 434 complete games is something that modern pitchers won't ever get a chance for

    As long as none of those records are ever broken, it remains True.

    Add - Since each one happened once, it is humanly possible for a repeat...like Scherzer's 'almost' 2 no hitters

    However, the least likely is DiMaggio's 56 game hitting streak. With today's 24/7 media, the player wouldn't be left alone and the pressure would be too great.

    For me, the record most likely to never be broken is Cal Ripken Jr.'s 2,632 consecutive games played, which also includes 8,243 consecutive innings played.

    What I meant was DO YOU believe the above records will be broken?

    ICYMI Max Scherzer nearly pitched back-to-back no hitters,only Johnny Van(1934?) accomplished this feat.
