feel like i am going crazy not anxiety?

Something weird happens to me randomly

I will be doing whatever it is I am doing, and BOOM! My mind feels overwhelmed, weird and i feel like i am going crazy! My head feels weird. Feel so so strange.

occasionally i get these weird physical symptoms, just feel like i am going to faint, weak , dizzy and just feel super physically sick at once.

I haven't had anxiety in 3 years, theres no way this is anxiety right?

Please help, is this some sort of a nutrient deficiency cuz i also got terrible memory problems lately.

that "crazy feeling" is actually a symptom of a panic or anxiety attack. I've had it too. Very scary, I know how you feel Pls find someone to talk with. There is help out there. A good therapist and get religion in your life. You'll fee much better.

You aren't going crazy i promise my son has bad anxiety and not extreme depresson. He gets meds for the anxiety but sometimes life makes it worse.

You need to talk to your doctor about getting on a good anti anxiety medication so you can have a life and take it at the same time daily and see how it works for you. I know he had to try a few before he found the right one and he is doing great now:) Most people going crazy would never even notice they are going crazy right:) See your doctor as soon as possible so you can finally feel better:):) Best of luck:)

I have anxiety too and it's been diagnosed for three years but I've had it all my life I can feel it. I get that all the time. I usually get told that since your mind is thinking so hard from you worrying so much and so many thoughts at once it gets tired like you do and so you can feel when it gets tired. I'm still struggling with mine and I am constantly panicking about a new disease suddenly popping up when nothing has happened, I take every "New" feeling to heart and freak out about it and that makes my mind tired. Also I've been to the hospital multiple times because of panic attacks and they always tell me I'm fine except for when I stayed inside a lot and was extremely low on vitamin D3 which if you now think you have a problem with this it's at like Wal-Mart and they sell in in the aisles it's a supplement so you don't need a prescription. But I feel you, I feel your pain, just know it's a label, it doesn't define you. Work with a therapist and try to cope with it. And whatever you do....DONT READ UP ON MEDICAL DIAGNOSISES!! Doing so makes you think you have all of these diseases when all you have is mentally put symptoms that your brain is wired to detect as bad and a warning. Hope this helped :)

Calm down. We've all been there, questioning ourselves and our well-being. What you need to do is go outside, take some deep breaths, then go back in. It sounds like you might be having a panic attack or something (I've been there). If these thoughts are interfering with your normal daily activities, you might need to go see a psychiatrist. Don't feel bad if you do, they are really helpful and will listen and set you back onto the right path. When you have these thoughts, ask yourself why you are questioning yourself. Are you afraid of death? Are you curious about how humans were put on Earth? Do some deep self-research. Take it easy, Nick

It's great that you are reaching out for help! We are so sorry to hear that you have been struggling. It really does sound like you have been going through a lot.

It's so important that you reach out for support from a trusted adult such as a parent, aunt, uncle, school counselor, teacher, coach, or minister. Please consider getting evaluated by a medical doctor or mental health professional, and getting involved in counseling. It may help you to talk to a counselor at a hotline. Know that there is help out there for you and you are not alone.

Its anxiety. If I were you, I would go to a doctor just to make sure, but everything you describe sounds like typical, classic anxiety.

Please do as you like. Go as far as your imaginations can take you.

Now I don't want to stop you from going as it is considered inauspicious to stop a person when he is going on a noble mission.

But on your return, please remind me. I have got one best solution. I will tell you the systems and procedures. I will explain in detail how to cut the root causes of such anxieties.
