Give a notice. Just thank them for the opportunity, but politely tell them that the job turns out to be something that doesn't appeal to you. Offer a two weeks notice. In many cases, since you have only worked three weeks, they will just tell you to leave without working the two weeks.

What's your job? I think your boss would appreciate it more if you were honest with him and said you weren't satisfied with your work and you would like to quit.

"charlotte" is quite right.............maybe there are solutions for you so that you can stay there, and if not, then you need to provide a written 2 week notice
