If scientists knew how the universe works would we have ultimate alien technology?

Are scientists lost in the complexity of reality and its manifestations or do they have a clue besides all the areas of science?

    You are gibbering, technology moves rapidly forward, we use devices today that were pure fantasy when i was young. Scientists learn ever more and do it rapidly.

    I am alive due entirely to modern bio technology and modern pharmacology.
