    It lacks the eye ring of a conure.

    It looks a pair of young Red Rumped, parrots, a type of Australian parakeet. The males have a red patch on the back. They don't look like they have mature colouring yet.

    Not a budgie because its too big and they never have that specific solid color.

    Its probably a type of conure.

    Green capped conure maybe. The eyes are too big to be a parakeet
