Open box laptop?
There is a laptop for $949 normal price, I saw there were two open box laptops for $549 and $555 the 549 says excellent condition and the other says certified excellent-certified condition. What is better and would either be safe to get?

Let me guess- Best Buy.
Get the Excellent- Certified condition. The difference? The Geek Squad Certified one means Geek Squad went over it 100% and ran tests, looked at everything both hardware and software to ensure nothing is wrong- it's basically brand new, out of box condition like it was never ever used. Excellent condition means Geek Squad went over it- but did not run all tests and only thing they basically did was make sure it turned on and looked normal.
