Is it possible to still experience PMS even if my BC stops my periods?

Hi,

I am an 18 year old female, currently taking Lo LoEstrin Fe birth control and have been for about two years. I was put on this due to dysmenorrhea/cysts. My periods have stopped completely. If I do get my period, it's usually just some light, brown discharge over two days (this rarely happens). However, is it possible to still experience PMS despite not menstruating? Could I still have hormone-related mood swings and acne? This would explain a lot.

Thanks!
