Why do people want to have kids?

When you get older and get married you will probably change your mind like everyone else but being a mum & grandma who obviosuly went through all what you say I do not recommend bringing kids into this world as all they bring you is stress so just keep believing that life is better without kids, Good Luck

I had a child young and I wasn't ready so I didn't enjoy it now I'm older and I have another child who wasn't planned either but I love being a mum to both of them ,being a mum is not a terrible thing it's enjoyable you actually enjoy all them things that u think will stress you out , but as longs as it's when your ready, people who don't have kids think it's all pain but there's as much joy as there is pain believe me it's rewarding.

Hormones

I don't want kids either but I long for them? I don't know how to explain it. I have extremely strong motherly instincts but I don't want the responsibility of having children. I want to travel and do as I please.

Biologically having babies is the whole point of life. The human mind has really powerful mechanisms for making you want to have babies.
