They think we will run up many charges then leave the country without paying for them. To collect they could get a judgement against you but they could not collect if you was in another country.
Doesn't matter what you intend to buy it is all the same.

we already have credit cards and debit cards, our income in a month is more than you make in a year, we bribe the guards with tips and speak to the manager to get our funds. Happy?
