This is a question about 2000 Ford Windstar.?

In Oct. of last year, my car died and even with a jump wouldn't start. I got a new starter and tried to start with spare key with no luck. Just recently I put another power train module in car. I need to get battery jumped. What is the best way to start the car? Getting another key made and programmed or just use my master key? I am hoping my transceiver is good. How can you tell what the problem is if it doesn't start? Please help me.

Update:

I know it won't start because I tried with the master after someone else tried with the spare. All that happens are the lights go on including the theft light. Does not crank at all.

How do you know that it won't start? Will it not crank? Does it crank and not run? Why are you screwing with your keys. Just us the key for it and don't worry about the other keys.
