Please guide me the best employment attorney organisation?

I am the native of Santa Monica, CA. I am looking for an employment attorney organisation to discuss my employment issues. Can you please guide me the best organisation in my region, who serves the California people.

    "Native" means where you are born. You don't appear to have been born and raised in Santa Monica. Your writing is not like someone raised in the states and you use British English in your spelling.

    Is Santa Monica where you live now?

    First off, we spell organization with a "z" not an "s".

    And you don't talk like someone who was born and raised in the Los Angeles area.

    There is not a "best" employment lawyer. There are different things specialties. Depending on the circumstances (discrimination, sexual harassment, etc) there is no one who can help until you have a right to sue letter from the state or EEOC.

    Additionally, if your issue is regarding payment, you only need to file a claim with the state.
