Can stupid people really get good jobs because of their good looks?

It depends what the job is, it also depends on the person judgings perception of 'stupid', different people might have different ideas about what is stupid or not.

A large number of what I would consider 'stupid' people tend to think of themselves as intelligent if they excel at one subject in life and determine others 'stupid' if they do not excel at the exact same subject. Obviously the world does not work in that way and it would go against evolution if we all excelled at the same things.

Good looks always confers preference in hiring. However, if you are hiring engineers you won't consider someone without the proper degree no matter how good looking they are. Good looking and stupid is usually best with jobs like sales where they can attract potential customers.

I hate to say it but I have known really stupid people who have had good jobs and they were good looking .
