In Pokemon Alpha Sapphire, what should I use my Master Ball on?
I've cleared the Elite Four and the champion, and just started the Delta Episode. I was thinking about using my Master Ball on Deoxys, since it is a serious pain to re-fight, but I am willing to here other (serious) suggestions.

I am going to tell you my personal thoughts on the Master Ball.
To me, the Master Ball should never be used. It should sit in your bag, tempting you to use it every time you see a legendary Pokemon. Yes, it'll be hard to resist the temptation, you'll cry when the legendary Pokemon kills itself with "struggle", you'll scream in anguish when all your Pokemon die and everything goes white, you'll throw your 3DS to the ground when the Pokemon runs away for the 14th time. But once you do catch them all, not only will you be the PokeMaster, you'll be one better, a PokeMaster with a Master Ball. And there is no more satisfying feeling than that (except maybe beating Greens smug face in Fire Red).
