you need to have the latest updates installed for Windows. then you can install it.

If you have Windows 7 or 8 then you will be able to get Windows 10 for free when it is released. Don't worry about the Win 10 icon.

If you restored the computer to factory settings after you reserved your copy, that's why the icon is gone. You have to install all of your updates to get back up to speed again
