Question for piercing professionals?

In my state (Minnesota) you have to be 18 to become a body piercer. You also need to have at least 200 hours and take some classes. But the law just says that to BECOME a certified professional piercer you have to be 18. Would it be possible to start my apprenticeship when I am 17, and then finish it when I become certified at 18? Also, how do you train an apprentice? Any tips?

This depends on the shop. Most will not allow you to pierce anybody, even in training, until you are 18 for insurance and legal reasons. to train as a body piercer, you become an apprentice at a shop and follow their teachings.

Technically, it depends on the level of skill the apprentice to be has. I would say yes, you can probably start this right away, but your master may want to see you staple a chipmunk to a bulls dick
