How to find length/breath when area is given only?

e.g. Area: 72m2

Shape: Rectangle

I've been using kind of "Guess & Check" method, and I want to get a fixed method or tips to faster guess.

PS: This is in the MCQ section! No calculators!

Update:

Please stick with the question (Yahoo! Answers) mainly than the photo.

Update 2:

Please don't answer this from the photo because square root is possible. I'm looking for an answer literal to my question.

Update 3:

My "kind of Guess & Check" method refers to random multiplication until it matches the defined Area.

Calculate the square root to get the length of the sides of a square, then take from the top/bottom and add to the sides to make a rectangle.

A 10x10 square and 5 X 20 rect for example have the same area.

length times breadth equals ares. There are an infinite number of solutions. Pick any length. Then breadth = area/ length.

The note says that there are two identical SQUARES making up the rectangle. It's too easy to figure that the height of one is equal to it's width. Double that for the entire rectangle. a AF is Equal to AB so AC is 2XAF.
