What if i wanted to be a person that plays video games and rates them. How do i become that and what is it called?

That's called a video game critic, you'll have to become a very good writer (excel in English classes and the like), be impartial to particular genres and bias', and start with a YouTube channel or twitch feed. If you're popular on the Web, have a lot of traffic, you may write for a major publisher or magazine site. Work hard at it, like everything else, man. Good luck
