Nothing if you are not in a relationship and are happy being ''friends with benefits''. However one party nearly always develops feelings and becomes jealous. If a new relationship ever comes up, then the left over friend may be jealous or tell your new partner. It's more that sleeping with friends can create problems for your future when you have actual relationships I guess.
