If you're in Canada or the USA, there is no legitimate registry for ESAs or Service Animals. The ones out there are not worth the piece of paper the "registration" is printed on, and will not stand up in a court or to the authorities.
All you need is a note from your doctor stating that you require the dog as an emotional support.

There's no such registry for one so it's easy. Just pay some completely bogus company online and you'll get a worthless piece of paper.
WHY do you want to register a dog? Do you have a LEGITIMATE condition and a TRAINED dog? No, surely you don't. You're just yet another lowlife wanting to abuse the Americans With Disabilities Act. Shame on you.

Here's a few facts on service dogs/ESA's, neither needs to be registered as those registries are scams. And now there are laws that can cost fraudulent owners sixty days in jail.

Don't you mean an Emotional Support Human? Your dog's the one suffering from anxiety.

You don't. You don't register them anywhere. All you need is a note from the doctor written on their specific paper/prescription pad.
